Appointments: We hold your appointment time exclusively for your pet. If you need to reschedule, please give us 24 hours' notice so another patient can use the slot.

Payment: Payment is due at the time services are provided. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards; CareCredit acceptance is currently being confirmed.

Medical records: Your pet's records are available to you at any time and will be transferred to another veterinary practice at your written request, at no charge.

Emergencies: We provide urgent care during business hours. Outside of those hours, please contact Austin Veterinary Emergency & Specialty at (512) 555-0911.
